Refuny Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from VIBRAVEA.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging, with inner packaging untampered.

The product must not have been used, assembled, or damaged.

Both the product and packaging must be in resalable condition when received at our facility.
If you received a replacement and wish to return the item, both the original item and the replacement must be returned.
If both are not received, we cannot issue a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns received outside this window or in heavily used condition will be denied and not eligible for refund or exchange.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package is refused or returned to us (“Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for any return shipping fees or additional carrier costs.
When returning your item, please include the following:

Reason for return or exchange request
Processing of returns may take 7–14 business days after your package arrives at our facility.
If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vibravae.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

These purchases are considered final sale.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, please first return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please:

Missing Items
If any item(s) from your order are missing, contact info@vibravae.com within 5 days of delivery.
If your package appears tampered with, please also file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Reports received after 5 days from the delivery date cannot be verified and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
